not receving emails

i made my 30 second 64 kb mp3s in roxios audio central and sent them to my cell phone and for some reason im not receving them.... i used to be able to receive the wal mart ones...but now i cant receieve anything.... any answers??

your file size may be too big. i think the cutoff is around 300kb or so. try shrinking the file size AND time. if they're over 30 seconds long they may not send. try making a 100kb file that's 10 seconds long for a trial run. if that works, go from there.

what address are you using to send them to you. I've noticed that a couple of times it seems to take forever.

ive been sending them to [email protected] .....and the files are under 300 kb..... any other suggestions?

I am having the same problem. And all the files are under 30 seconds and 300kb. I don't get any emails from [email protected] or from funformobile.com.

So frustrating.

Sounds like you phone is not activated for text messaging. Go to Verizon, have them turn it on, then have them send a test message while you are in the store.

I have been texting with no problems. I actually FINALLY just got one through tonight using funformobile.com.

It took like 4 hours to go through. It is the only one that has worked...

Try changing the .mp3 to a .mid. When you change the extension it will tell you that it will no longer work properly but it will. I was having the same problem after switching to .mid everything worked fine. .
