Data Cable for e815
I have the data cable and the phone tools software which has been updated to V3.25b. I can't get my phone recognized by my computer. I see the pic of my phone and then it says initializing. Any ideas how to fix it so when I break it I can at least still have my numbers saved. Thanks

You need to download the correct driver for the phone.
The link and the instructions on how to do it are in an earlier post. Just do a "search" for "USB driver" in the this forum and you will find it. 🙂
