Help with Transflash Sounds on Phone!!!

I am able to get mp3 sounds on my Transflash card to play on my phone. However, in the sounds list, the songs appear in the list at least 4 times each. Also, I cannot scroll forward through the songs, only backwards. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Did you format the tf in your phone?
