MPT and Ringer ID Setting
I used Mobile Phone Tools 3.25b to synchronize my Outlook 2003 contacts into my E815 and noticed that all my calls from contacts were going directly to voice mail. I discovered that when the contacts came over, the ringer ID for each was set to "Silent", thus the phone never rang if the call was from someone in my contact list.
BVRP's position is that MPT can't access the ringer ID field, so its not their software. Motorola has not responded to my question.
Does anyone know of a workaround rather than manually setting each contact's ringer ID back to "None"?
