Hmmm-what to do, what to do, keep the 815, look at the SCH-A970 or wait for the CDMA RAZR?

Ok, I have the 815--phone does everything reasonably well, no real problems but it doesn't seem to have the "wow" factor.

The Samsung is coming out soon and looks pretty neat with the 2.0 camera and digital zoom but I'd have to pay full-retail and if I'm going full then I want something that I'll be happy with for a year. I'm not sure about the styling on this phone yet.

The CDMA Razr looks great but not sure about camera, bluetooth and the ability to download my own ringtones.
