Frozen Bluetooth

I am on my 5th E815 (for various reasons, but still love the phone nonetheless).

Sometimes when I turn on my Jabra BT250V while my E815 is turned on, it freezes the phone. The screen goes completely blank for a while but stays on. After hitting a few buttons and waiting a little bit, the phone comes back to life, but with the a white screen and the words "no service". This goes away after a few seconds and returns to full service like normal. This has happened with multiple BT headsets and E815's.

Anyone else ever experience this? Thanks. 😕

Haven't seen it happen myself, but don't use a Jabra either. You say this has happened with multiple headsets - all Jabra, or from other vendors too?

All have been Jabra BT250v's. Seems to be a phone software+bluetooth issue in general (I would imagine).

Just take it out of the freezer and it won't be frozen anymore. Worked for me just fine. 😉

LOL. Thanks. Seriously though, has anyone had any issues of the phone freezing (staying on, but blank screen very dark for a while, then coming back to a white screen and saying "no service" before finally returning to normal?) Maybe NOT just with Bluetooth, but other things such as txt messages, etc.?
