Can't connect HS820 headset to e815
I have a Bluetooth HS820 which connects fine to my v710. But I can not see the HS820 from my e815 phone. How do I get the HS820 to connect to the new phone?

This may sound like a no-brainer, and I'm sure you did this, but I'm trying to help, so just curious, did you hold the button on the headset down until the light is solid to put it in pairing mode, then go to the bluetooth option on your phone, make sure it's on and choose find new devices?

I'd do what Mary said but you also may want to try putting the headset on top of the phone. I had a little trouble getting my Jabra to the 815 (not sure if it might also have been due to the fact that my headset was previously paired to an 8100).
