You can add a picture of your choice to the main screen if that is what you are asking as to "skins". There are a LOT of modifications you can do to the phone in the "initial setup" and "personalization". Just check the manual.
No, you can not change the startup or shut down sound or the MOTO screen logo when it starts. But since there is not much reason to turn your phone off often, it should not be a problem and it goes by fast. Just don't look at it when it starts! 🙂
PS. Drop the writing in all CAPS, that went out in the 3rd grade! 😕 All CAPS is HARDER to read, indicates anger or used for emphases. I don't think you meant any of those! ðŸ¤

hi, what i mean is color of letters on the screen of your phone(skins) i know u can change them but this phone only has scarlet,blue,techno. i saw some cool ones online, but there were for different phones. if someone know how to do this email ok. thank you.

Yeah, you can put on custom skins and startup/shutdown animations, and they require a data cable. There are detailed instructions on howardforums, but they basically say it is very difficult and you might have to replace other themes
