To unlock the phone for features that Verizon has not choosen to provide, you will need to hack the software. The procedure for doing this is called "Seem Edit".
Just be forewarned that hacking the software, if not doing exactly as it should be, can make your phone TOTALLY disabled and may not be able to be fixed! 😢
A replacement phone is NOT covered by the warranty because you have done an "unauthorized" procedure! 😲
