Leather Case Blues

The button on the rear of my Verizon leather case that fits into the clip has loosened up and now rotates. This means that the clip no longer has the designed ratchet action. In addition, the button is not fitting securely into the clip any longer.

I had the same problem with my Samsung A-530 case and I am wondering what might cause this. Any ideas?

I was told that its design wasnt for a "Ratchet" feature, that it was just so that you could have it at many angles without it moving...
Mine did the same thing, really blows...

Sorry, but that doesn't make sense. It starts out with the ratchet feature, than the button becomes loose in the case. This has only happened to me with Verizon branded cases - I think the problem is there. Has anyone found a good case manufactured by a third party?

I went through the same problem with the Verizon case, actually 2 cases.
I went to the Body Glove case and love it.
