Just came from my local Verizon store, I had gone to have a defective leather case replaced. While I was there, I asked about the cost of a data cable for my phone. The first sales person I asked refused to acknowlege my presence or answer my questions. The next two salespeople I spoke to told me that Verizon did not sell a data cable for the E815 because it could be used a modem for high-speed internet and therefore, phone book management was not an option. How does a company staff a store full of such morons?

Yeah, mine's like that too. Especially some of the technicians... If they're not smart, they could _at least_ be nice.

Just buy it on Ebay/Pricegrabber. I just bought a cable from Malcom Wireless for $22 shipped (model SKN6311B). It's the same as if I bought it through Motorola.
