Really? How do u get that kind of policy dude? I wouldn't mind the VX-9800, the phone looks awesome.. Its seems way better than the e815. Thats phone will definitely be on my Christmas list.

For one thing don't listen to jimpoorbox. Listen to me. All you have to do is tell them that your phone is not working right because in this day in age most of the phones are defective anyways. After going through your third warrenty exchange, they will upgrade you free of charge to the next compatible model in this case would be the 9800

sounds like a terribile deal to me. wanna be able to use your phone int he most spots possible? LG's the worst way to go. if you really hate your E815 so much wait for the razr and try and scam verizon that way. i despise people like you taking advantage of policies for your own benefit. it's your fault monthly charges are so much. we have to pay for all of you cheaters.

Well, you just have to be very firm with them. Think of it as laying down the law and teach them the rules just as you would a kid. They will soon get the message and grace you with a new phone.
