LOOSE FLIP????
Does anyone notice that the flip on this phone is extremely loose? Meaning if you open the phone and tilt it forward the flip almost closes again just on its own weight. Its a little annoying. Is it just mine or is that how this phone is?

Yep, no problem here, but I have only had this phone since mid august. I hope this isn't something I have to look forward to. 😕

I had mine sinse mid august too. I actually got mine, three days after my b-day. Which was like August 12.

Well nothing is "wrong" with my phone, Im just saying the flip is unusually floppy for a phone. Like the resistance at the top when its open isnt as strong as other phones I've had. My last one, an Audiovox would actually click when you opened it so I guess I just got used to that.

I just ordered an opened phone locking device from Motorola direct. It's about as big as a bicycle lock but will surely satisfy that carving to keep the phone in an opened position without flapping 😁

Yup! Mine is pretty loose, too. This is actually my main concern about this phone (almost everything else seems fine). I used to open other flip phones with just one hand, but now I have to hold this phone with one hand and open the flip gently with the other! I only sign up for a one-year contract, so I hope the phone could last that long 😕
