Great phone, but...

I really enjoy the E815 from Motorola, but I have a few concerns I was wondering if anyone else has had. Mainly they are issues when the phone is charging.
When I plug the phone into the wall charger...
- it sometimes will switch itself into vibrate mode. Has that happened to anyone?
- it will shut itself off and go into a "non service" charging state. I can just power the phone back on without any problem, but it is sort of annoying.
- it will just start going crazy indicating the battery is being charged, then it isn't, then it is again. Sounds like a loose connection with the wall charger, but I make sure it is snug in there.
Has anyone else noticed any of these issues?

Thanks

Thanks isn't what I was expecting, but good advice nonetheless. 😉

Some other people have mentioned the phone turning itself off when it gets plugged in.

When you plug the phone into the charger, it's supposed to switch itself to the "Loud" profile. Did you somehow change the "Loud" profile to vibrate?

Trying to help.

Good thought about the profiles. I'm pretty sure I haven't switched them, but I'll double check.
I'm nervous that these charging issues will screw up my battery life. I usually can go 3 days (with random usage throughout the day) before I need to charge it.

I don't know why, but some people's phones batteries die really quickly, and other don't.

For example, I've *NEVER* had mine go dead, and I'm sure I had some long conversations in there.

Others say their battery is dead by the end of the night.

Try taking the battery out of the back of the phone, and then putting it back in.
