Data Cable on eBay

I have read both good and bad things in regards to buying data cables off of eBay. I was wondering if I could get some input on this auction:

It seems legit and it looks like a great deal. Any comments are welcome. Also, is the software useful with this particular phone?

Sounds like a good buy and with shipping it comes to $20. Not that big of a gamble. Or you can order one from the Internet at the below link for $25 with Free shipping.
