E815 or V3c

I understand that the Razor will be comming out around the 12th. I have had my E815 for about 3 months and love it. I am considering going to the Razor but do not want to go from a great phone to a soso phone. I have read reviews of the Razor and everyone seems to love it but I have not seen a comparison of the two phones. I will be paying full price so I don't think I will have the 15 day trial period from Verizon.
Second question: How does the phone insurance work. I have a policy through Verizon with a 50 dollar deductible. If E815 should happen to get run over do I only have the choice of the same phone or can it go towards another phone such as the Razor.

Insurance covers whatever phone is activated at the time of the claim. So if you have an 815 and it gets run over, they'll send you another 815 - you can't switch it to a RAZR or anything else.

Also the RAZR is overrated - I sell the service for both VERIZON & CINGULAR and have personally been using the 815 - I won't be switching to the RAZR - the 815 is hands down the superior phone - not to mention more durable. (I've seen more broken/shattered screens on RAZRs than anything else).

The RAZR was TOO thin for me. Hard to hold onto.
