Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood
Voice dialing button issues.
Just curious if any of you 815 users have had problems with your voice dialing button (right side under the camera button) not working.
I have a customer with one that suddenly quit working. When the button was pressed it did make the kepress sound, so I don't think its mechanical failure, and holding it in does correctly activate the recording feature.
Anyways, we replaced the phone with another 815 and the same thing happened. Spoke with our VZ tech support and even called Moto, no help at all. So we are replacing the phone again.
