Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood

I have searched/read numerous pages/threads but cannot find "specifics" on how to get ringtones from the Transflash over into the phone memory ( using the method of sending it via a phony phone number). can someone give me a detailed step-by-step of "where/how" to load my ringtones (mostly polyphonic TV show theme music, using MIDI format) up thru the time it is actually sent ?

I downloaded most of these from FreeRingers.net to my laptop, then loaded onto my Transflash card using my card reader. But then I get stuck as far as having the specifics of what to do next to actually get a message loaded, and then how to send it.
I know I'm close to getting it, but can't quite figure it out.

I have figured out how to do it the other way ($$$ !), by sending them thru PIX mail with Verizon, but would rather not have to pay (verizon) when I have the Transflash and you all say it can be done that way for free.

Thanks for taking the time to help me, as I have spent many hours reading all of your E815 comments/suggestions about this incredible phone. without this forum, i would've known about this great phone.
