Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood

PLEASE I JUST BOUGHT THE E815 JUST WENT FROM A THE TREO 650 BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO PUT SONGS ON MY TRANSFLASH CARD AND TO WORK ONT HE PHONE.

I TRIED DOWNLOADING SONGS DIRECTLY TO THE CARD WITH A MOTO USB CABLE DIRECT TO THE CARD BUT WHEN I PUT THE CARD IN THE PHONE IT DIDNT SHOW IN SOUNDS NETHIN DOWNLOADED.PLEASE HELP THANX ☹️

ummm for some reason i can not recieve or send texts? wtf just yesterday it was working ok... can anyone help me please?

How do i change a regular 30 second music file to a mp3 file, so i can send it to my cell...! please help as quick as possible.

I am on my third E815 phone in about a month and this is the second phone that has had bluetooth connectivity issues with the earpiece.
When I extend the boom on my earpiece, my E815 should indicate that the bluetooth connection between the phone and earpiece is active. Recently, I've been extending the boom and the phone remains idle, never indicating any bluetooth connection. The only way I can synch the two together is by wiping the device history on my E815 and then rebonding the earpiece and phone. It will work for a few minutes until it starts having connectivity issues again. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Dumb question please don’t flame me on this one. I did a search and I didn’t find anything on the subject. I just ordered my 512 card and I have been playing around with the phone(just got it yesterday) and I love it. But how do you get to the media player on the device I didn’t see it off the main menu. I expected there to me something just saying media player. I am new to Verizon and I love this phone. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If I used the Motorola Mobile PhoneTools software to synchronize my Outlook contacts, is it possible to exceed the 1000 contact limit on this phone, assuming I'm using a memory card sufficient to hold the data? I'm guessing no unfortunately.

Is there a way to delete the stupid pictures that come with the phone? I hate all of the stupid blocks that Verizon put on this phone. Some of the pictures that come with this phone are horrible.. like the expressions..and i cant stand that they are just wasting space on my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks!

ok, i finally decided to register but i've been snoopin round on phonescoop since i got my 815 just laughin at everybody havin problems with theirs. but i had a question, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE CALLER ID PICTURE BIGGER?! cus on the 710 it takes up damn near the whole screen and u get a damn thumbnail on the 815

I just set up the cable and drivers with the settings phone number # 777; username: vzw3g.com; password: vzw. I see it trying to connect asa dial up on screen and on the phone, however on the phone the call ends after 5 or 6 seconds and dosn't connect. What am I doing wrong are there any other settings, please help

If Verizon is so awesome, why do we all have SOOOOOOO MUCH TROUBLE WITH OUR FLAGSHIP 815 MOTOS? I have had 3 replacement 815 phones so far and so have most people on this site. In fact, read the other forums and most people there spend tons of time going to the VZ tech counter (an experience second only to getting a root canal) getting there phones of all types replaced or reprogrammed. I just would like to see VZ put out a good phone that does what it is supposed to do RIGHT FROM THE GET GO! KJust let me pay my money and be on my way with a smile of contentment. I have had this phone for maybe 2 months and I've loved it so far...but in the last week i have had problems, my problems are i am not receiving or being able to send picture messages...it freezes, my alarm was going off on the phone and then someone tried to call and it kept flashing alarm and one missed call and wouldn't stop i had to take the battery out to make it stop...and then it freezes and restarts itself at least 3 times a day... so i called verizon asking them about some of my problems and they told me my phone was running off analog towers and it should be fixed but im still not being able to send or receive pics... and another thing it does that im not sure if its the phone or the network is when i call someone it rings then whe...

So, I'd like to hack my phone and turn on the media transfer through bluetooth option as well as the other features. I really don't want to hack my phone myself.
