V8000/V8100 ?'s

I just became eligible for 'New Every Two'...and I'm looking to move away from my Kyocera 7135 into a newer phone. I've decided I have no need for a PDA/Phone combo...The only thing I ever used the PDA for was basic email and address book functions and most of non-PDA phones have address book functions anyway.

I'd also like to get something with a bit smaller form factor than the 7135.

I was looking hard at the VX8000 until I found phonescoop.com and noticed the VX8100 will be released shortly.

Right now, I can get the VX8000 for $49.99 with my upgrade discount. I'm guessing if I wait for the VX8100 I'll be paying about $150 more than that...

My questions are...what real upgrades will there be? I have no use for Bluetooth...my...

Forgot I wanted to add to my post...I've read that the picture quality on the VX8000 is one of the best out there...do you think LG will 'leave well enough alone' and not mess with the camera?

Found the answer....guess they're moving to CMOS...which could be better...but might not be. On the bright side...all of Canon's top end cameras use CMOS and Nikon's new flagship camera uses CMOS too...

After your new every two you will probably get the phone for arounf a 100 dollars. That is what I ended up paying for an 8000 after rebate and all.
