I too am not sure why people are so excited over the phone. I will probably get one if it is released soon. I may however just get the moto. My problem, why don't they just tell us what is going on? Why such a big secret over when the phone will hit the consumer market? Either tell me it is coming out with an expected date, or say it isn't coming out!!!

I really don't think they are trying to be secretive. I really think they don't know jsut yet. From what I understand, the phone is being tested. I'm sure they just want to make sure that they are going to release a phone with as little problems as possible so that the customers are happy. If they don't work out all the bugs beforehand, then customers will be unhappy and relay to their friends, "This phone has problems, don't buy it." When I spoke with an LG CS person, they said that they are waiting on the word to ship them out. See, I was thinking that we were waiting for LG to ship them to Verizon and THEN it'd go in to testing and so forth and so on.
