😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 I was in the East Brunswick store in NJ. Asked the salesman about the 8100. Acknowledged it, but didn't have a release date. Told him about the rebates and he said "maybe that tells you something". The manager was standing there and said "I wouldn't wait if I were you". I asked him why and he said "there are OTHER phones to be released before the 8100". I didn't ask other than the MOTO e815. He said it would DEFINATELY by out before the 8100. Possible? I'm sure VZW will not release two top-notch phones together. Doesn't make sense financially. Don't know what to believe any more. Sure hope he was wrong, but I'm beginning to believe a Xmas special.

I was at the store in Woodbridge, NJ today and when I asked, the guy told me late summer early fall. Guess i'll go get the 8000.

I have been in the Woodbridge several times lately and every time I've gotten a different story. VZW will screw us one way or another, like they always do. As much as I like LG, I want BT. I might be spiting myself, but if VWZ keeps pissing me off with their Bulls**t, I'll go Cingular. Sprint sucks and Nextel doesn't have a BT phone I don't think.

You guys, the only reasons, you get mixed messages from people and that the Manager is telling people not to wait and to get something else, is because they are trying to get rid of the other phones first so they don't lose their tails on them. They are just trying to make money.. If we all just tell them we won't get anything else that we will wait for the 8100 to come out, maybe they will get them out faster..I know I am going to be a little more patient and wait.. I think it will be here sooner than they lead us to believe.

Mortfe, they are salesman, they dont want to sell you a phone later, they want to sell you a phone now. Most salesmen dont tell you to wait for a phone. And if they do you should trust them more than you would trust the other guy.
I am a salesman and If I want to sell a phone I rarely tell them to wait for the 8100 because chances are they will go somewhere else to buy it so I will talk up what I do have.
