How to know when released
I know everyone is saying it is going to be on Monday but is there a easier way of knowing that it is released without driving down to the Verizon dealer. Its about an hour from where I live and really don't want to waste a trip down there Monday morning if it is not going to be there.
And do you think i will have a better chance at getting it at the Verizon store, or the kiosk inside of the Circuit City. They are about 2 miles apart so distance is not a big factor i just found service is better at the circuit city booth compared to the Verizon store

I personally would just call Verizon on Monday and ask if it is in stock. I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem telling you over the phone if you explain that you are coming a distance to get it.
Also, I don't think Circuit City is really an option. Somebody once told me (a person that works at a CC Verizon Kiosk) that they don't get phones at the same time as the Verizon store...it takes several weeks after for them to actually show up at CC. Also, I worked for a Best Buy a while back at the cell phone Kiosk and we never used to get new Verizon phones in until way after the fact.

It would be the same at the store as the Circuit City. Circuit City employees no longer sell verizon. They are Verizon employees. I would just call the locations the night before to see if they have any in stock. I wouldn't count on them being there though. I just checked stock for them and it still says N/A for the 8100. If it is coming out Monday we would probably have them by now, but you never know. Keep up the hope I guess......

The e815 also says n/a but you may be happy to know that the cases for the 8100 are in stock now. Not for the e815 though. However the e815 is listed in the coming soon section and the 8100 is NOT, no date is posted as of yet. (this all coming from the Arizona Area).

keep watching its coming....sooner then you all think.....circut city and vzw get there phones all at the same time we just all have different delivery dates for example our local cc gets deliverys on wed and my store on friday so we all get everything at the same thing just at different times.......................keep a watching and just call your local vzw they will let you know when its available keep in mind also this phone is in HIGH demand so it will be a super first come first serve basis so get there early casue your smaller stores will get a smaller amount then your more metro stores
