LG VX-8100
Weird news need your input guys!
I just left the verizon store after talking to a tech guy. When asked about the 8100 and the e815, he told me that the e815 would be out by the end of July, and the 8100 would not be out for a long time. What do you guys think? I'm probably gonna buy the e815 if its the only one that comes out on July 5.

i'd say wait just a few weeks after the e815 release date. give it till the end of the july. hopefully we'll have solid dates up on here before then though.

Well, I have confirmed that retail stores do have rebate forms for the 8100, but no dummy phones. They do have dummies for the e815, and the moto is on the latest update on Infocenter's equipment guide, along with the i730, vx4650, and vx3300. No vx8100 on inforcenter except for being on the approved devices list.

I haven't got the forms yet b/c indirect doesn't get them when retail does but I will make a phone call and post. Cool?

Just got off the phone with retail.....No start date but end date is 8-28. Most rebates are good for at least a month. I can't imagine it would be out any later than 7-28. Hopefully, like everyone else is hoping, it will be 7-7 with the i730 (I need to quit beating that drum...like the 1,00000000000000th time I've said that 😁 )
