Verizon retail on Oracle & Roger in Tucson, AZ has dummy phones as well and told me that it's most likely out with the i730, which has been widely confirmed as released on 7-7. Again, nothing more than rebate forms on the 8100.

The ones I have seen were from June 20th, 2005 through 8-28-05..
I keep hearing June 27th still So I am hoping for that date.

The worst thing is nobody has dummy phones, rendering a 6-27 release untrue at least for the time being. Things might change, but I want to go play with the phone and pair my headset to it and see how well the vioce dialing works. That's all I really care about.
