Can you guys recomend a good usb cable for me to sync my contacts?

Something I can get off ebay? Basically i'm going to switch from Crapular to Verizon when this phone comes out. Since Verizon disables the bluetooth for "security" reasons, I'm thinking this is the best way for me to sync up my contacts.

dude just pay the $10 bucks at your verizon store to do it for you...........its worth it beleive me

Can they do that with a phone from a different carrier? Another reason I want a usb cable is to transfer photos and video files. I don't want to have to pay verizon. Will that work?
