well why take the time to write childish responses to us????that says alot more about you then anyone who posts here with real questions.
b.if you don't like what somone else is posting don't respond!!!!!and if you do stick to info and not name-calling and baby ****!
c.yes i know there are "real problems in life"i have lost realitives in the past year, and a sibiling has been diagnosed with a terminal condition!so WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL IF ME OR SOMONE ELSE HERE WANTS TO FORGET THINGS FOR AWHILE,AND TALK ABOUT SOMTHING NOT SO SERIOUS.!
we live in a real serious time and will continue too for awhile..so stop the hating,stop...

I would like to simply state that I totally agree with the originator of this thread. I thought the whole idea of these forums was to help each other out on technical issues and contribute reviews of different equipment. However, while there are many responsible individuals making contributions, there are others who believe that this is a contest to see who can offend the other! I (like many others) am trying to make a decision on which phone to purchase; however, for the LG folks to say something nasty about the Motorola phones (and vice-versa) is beyond what I believe these forums are intended for. Also, I am wondering if some of you folks read back what you wrote prior to hitting the submit button, i.e. english and spelling.

Yes, I do love the ironic nature of Jivi's original thread. TO completely generalize all in a forum is just as discriminitory as anything else. I do agree that some are childish and untruthful, but nowhere near the majority of us are.
