LG VX-8100
Available Monday July 11th - confirmed
I was at the Verizon store today and I was told by two salespeople that they have instock some of the VX-8100 for release on Monday.
I beleive this to be credible because the reason why I was at the store was to return the VX-8000 that I had purchased recently. I explained that it was too big & I wanted to know my options. I explained that I had an LG before and wanted to stay with that brand. The salesperson told me that they had the new VX-8100 instock, but could not release them until monday. I then asked if there were photos of the phone on VZ website and he said not yet but I could go here to see it.
I also believe this is accurate because in Ohio they are running a special on the VX-8000 that ends tomorrow. That would explai...

Where are you located? I want to know if this is true in the Washington DC area.

Should be a national release. DC was 1st for evdo with san diego, so i doubt you DCers would get the short end of the stick. If anything, markets like us that dont have evdo will get hosed.

So is it July 11th or July 15th?? Will it b avalible in my local Verizon Store in MA or on thier website??
