OK--- so u have to BUY music and CAN'T load ur OWN MP3's? AND u can't use the full 512MB, WTF?????
The 8100 HAS 512MB of memory but only 32MB is availiable? The REST is for the ON DEMAND MUSIC SERVICE???

Tell me why i should swap out my e815 when it at least plays mp3's and has a much better battery life???
I know u ppl who say u don't care bout the mp3 player and already own one, but the fact of the matter is a lot of ppl want this phone for that reason and why this phone "STOOD OUT" from all other phones out there. But now it is shown that the 8100 cannot load mp3's from ur collection and the info from Cnet and phonescoop are proven to be false?

Im with you on this. If I can load my own mp3s then I will more than likely also use Verizons on demand service. But if I CANT load my own then you can be damn sure I will NOT be using their service. Cos if you dont listen to the standard 3.5 min top 40 pos you can be sure that their service aint gonna be catering to your tastes.
I'm pissed now cos I've been looking forward to this phone for just this reason.
And those people who are saying "its all about the calls..." Bull! If you believe that then what are you doing here? There have been plenty of phones out there able to make and receive calls perfectly adequately for many years. Some of us have to carry a phone to run our businesses and dont have the luxury of being able to carry oth...
