Getting VX-8100

I'm planning on getting the vx-8100, but I'm not eligible for the New Every Two discount.

Is it possible to extend my contract for another two years and get a cheaper price than the cost without a contract?

Thank you

well it depends on a few things, if you signed a 2 yr contract... 1 year into your contract if you are on a high end plan, 59.99 or higher. you can sign a 2 yr contract as of that date to get the subsidised price on the phone. if not you are screwed. other wise if you are on a 39.99 plan or lower, you will have to wait 22 months into your 24 month contract. hope that answers your question.

Thanks, I appreciate the response.

Right now I have three phones; on one, I am up for a New Every Two upgrade, but on the other two I'm not. I have a $159 plan, so will I be able to upgrade the two phones that are not up for NE2?

Also, I'm out of town right now, but will I be able to go to a Verizon store an upgrade my phones using my local numbers?

Thank you

yeah you can just go to a corporate store to do that... dont go to anyone else because if you are out of your local area they cant touch your account. just corporate stores. and if your other 2 are not up for upgrades yet, only 1 out of the 3 can do an early upgrade on a family plan. i think that answers your question
