LG VX-8100
New in Two (9 days away)
My "new every two" date is nine days away (7/20), but I don't know how much longer I can stand my backup phone (Samsung SCH-A310). My LG-6000 broke on me (right side hinge on the flip top blew out - rendering flip useless), so I've been holding off until both the e815 and VX8100 are out.
I went to a couple stores to play with both phones this weekend and besides the issue of not knowing which phone to go with (polls are open), neither store would hook me up until 7/20.
Any ideas on how I can get one of these phones before my new every 2 date and still get the $100?
Can someone also just make my decision for me between the e815 and the VX8100 so I can get some work done and stop reading this board all day? 😉

One way to get a phone early and get your NE2 is to upgrade your plan.
You do that and you can upgrade your phone and get the NE2 discount. The one catch is that you need to keep the new plan for 6 months. After that you can change the plan to what you would like it to be and keep the new phone.
At least thats what I was told by a VZW CS rep.
I am not sure how long you have been a member. I have been with Verizon for a few years now so thats what I am doing.
Not sure which phone to go with but I have been using an LG phone so I am sticking with them.
