LG VX-8100
Low stock in the Northeast??
I just saw *611 and spoke with a nice man who told me that the VX8100 is in low stock in the Northeast. I then asked if he could transfer me to sales so I could order it immediately.
He transferred me to the wrong place but I got re transferred and spoke with a lovely woman who said that she could not do the order over the phone cause she does not know when they would get more in but she will check the stores in the area and get back to me. She also told me that stores in my area get deliveries on Thursdays so Friday would be a good chance to see if the stores have it in stock.
So I am waiting for her phone call back and let me know what I can do to get this phone. Worst case scenario is I wait the 4 days and get it Friday.

😡 😡 😡 Right. Low stock, but that is because the SOB's shipped everything to the West Coast. There will be a very limited supply on Fri, maybe 5-10 per store, if that.

Maybe they were never on the east coast to start with & maybe the west coast is shipping some of ther stock to the east. Do you think every thing originates on the east coast? Face it when it comes to technology the west has the east beat 😛 LOL

I got a hold of a supervisor. Let her know I was pissed. She told me VZW ships to the West Coast before the East Coast. I said that's BS. You're a national company and everybody should get it at the same time. She said that is how they always do it. Availablity for East Coast ordering - they will be in the warehouse between the 15th and the 20th. Tried to get her to pull one from a West Coast warehouse, to no avail.

Makes sense...why would LG ship it overseas over the pacific over california to the east coast only to have it ground shipped or air shipped back to california?

you're not going to want to hear this, but i just saw what's coming in our order this week. we're getting 2, that's correct 2, for our store in the northeast. keep in mind at least 1 will be demo and the other i might just steal for myself. 😛 i checked my whole district for current stock and found 5 in one circuit city and 2 in one other store. the rest of the stores had none. balls.

i called my store in delaware hoping i could reserve one, thinking there would only be like 10, he told me that he wasnt going to hold one because there was like 10 cases and i wouldnt have to worry about not getting one. yay for delawares verizon wireless store haha
