lg vx8100 is released!!!!
Just thought everyone would like to know that Verizon has launched the lg vx-8100. I just ordered it with them. 800-922-0204. This forum was 1 day off. Not bad. Hope this helps someone.

Er...not in the western ny area. Went there this morning to see what the deal was with the e815 and he didn't know when they would have them again. Asked about the 8100 and said they didn't even have a demo yet and they get those a month before they come in. I don't know what that was about, cause a few days ago I spoke to someone else there and they said it should be out VERY soon. Mannnn. I keep giving my hopes up when i hear these supposed dates of July 11th...or 15th...and I have until the 20th to exchange.

I just ordered the vx8100 today (Tuesday July 12), so I will let everyone know which one I like better tomorrow, when I get it.

I was going to go for the 8100 but researched more and found that the 512 megs was meant flash rom memory and not the phone memory. I do not like the idea of the speakerphone cutting off when you close the lid, e815 speakerophone does not cut off. I like the e815 and sticking with it.

yes i know that it has been available...since July 5th or whatever. But it is not available at the MOMENT and not selling them because of the VCAST software programs.
