-----------Reply to Customer Enquiry------------
Dear Customer, Thank you for inquiring of LG Electronics. I do apologize that the owner's manual for the VX8100 is not available onour website. LG does not have the owner's manual for the VX8100 as it has not yet been provided to us. Furthermore, this phone has not yet been released in all markets. Once this phone is available in all markets, then the owner's manual for this phone should then be available on our website. Please feel free to contact us in the future if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thank you again for contacting LG Electronics. I thought this was bizarre as you did so I just replied back to them stating what you did and reminding them that customers already have hard copies of the manual. I suspect two things are going on: 1) the folks who handle the LG inquiries is not Lg but rather as subcontractor who has not been given the manual to post and 2) they are not native to the US language.

I beleive this response is from someone who is an English speaker. I already notified VZW that the manual is lacking in detail.

As you were informed previously, once the phone has been officially released in all markets, the manual will then be available on our website as soon as possible as our website is updated as necessary. We do not have access to manuals for most phones that are either newly released or that have not been released yet. Reason being is that we are not responsible for the release dates as they are set by the service provider. Therefore, for additional information and assistance, you will need to contact your service provider.
