Got mine at 800-922-0204. Very easy. I'm in Florida, so don't know about going to the store. Just ordered over the phone. At this point I'm happy to wait a day or two. After all----it's only a phone, you guys. 😎

Called the same number and ordered mine as well (I'm in the DC Metro area). At first the CSR told me that she wasn't sure it was out yet, and I just replied that I was told it was released today. Thankfully, after some digging, she concurred, so ordered it I did. Now I can avoid having to leave the comforts of my cubicle. ;)

I called the same number - I'm in DC. The person I spoke with didn't even have a release date. Good heavens they need help!!! One hand has no idea what the other is doing. Scratch that... One hand doesn't even know there is another hand...

Yo, its true. I just ordered mine too. They tried pulling that we have no release date crap on me and you just have to harass them a little, they honestly don't know. The guy told me that people had been calling all day and he had to turn them down. He finally found it and i ordered it. I can't wait! Just show a little intiative guys and get it!
