To those that have the phone: how does the blue tooth headset work with the phone?

I am currently using the Jabra 250v and it connects instantly. You can turn the headset off the back on an hour later and it automatically pairs up. I would compare it to a wired headset, when ever you push a button on the phone the head set automatically listens. the voice dial works great through the headset.
