I don't know the guy wouldn't say. I would suspect the 15th, but I'll make another stop tonight.

Well, I got lucky. So I stroll into the Circuit City, walk up to the counter ask about the 8100. Woman says soon. So I decide to walk around the store for a few minutes. On the way out the same woman says here it is. It came in while she was on break. They only got 3. As of a half an hour ago they had 2. This was in Bellevue.

Sweet! Well I spoke to the Woodinville store this morning and they are selling it now. The $50 rebate is only available tomorrow though, so I think I'll wait one more day and get the extra $50 off. She said they had 8 in stock and that she was about to snag one for herself 👿 so they actually have 7.

So tomorrow is the official launch/rebate day, so I would imagine it will be available everywhere in Seattle tomorrow. YES!! 😁

I'll have to check the rebate form. She gave one to me yesterday and printed out an extra receipt.

🙂 I just got back from picking one up for me AND my wife. I was planning on going back tomorrow but she offered it to me all quiet and covert style. 😎 They had 8, and they now have 6. This was in Woodinville.

Turns out the $50 rebates are good "now" through Aug 28th, so if you get it today you're covered.

It's bigger than I expected it to be, it looks puffy. It's thicker than my T720 and about the same heighth.
