Ok-- my third 8000 failed, Is the 8100 worth upgrading or stick with the 8000

My third 8000 failed again today (they sent me the third one yesterday, took into the store today to activate it and it wouldn't play V-Cast clips or lock onto the 1X signal and the phone sounded bad). I have it noted in my account that if the third 8000 fails then I get an upgrade to the 8100.

What I've been seeing here is that this phone doesn't:

Allow you to send sounds and then save them as ringtones (my 8000 does- which is nice as my ringtones are custom).

The camera isn't as good as the 8000's.

The MP3 player only works when Verizon releases Music on Demand.

The 512 Memory is "limited"

I do like the BT feature of the 8100 though.

Seriously why should I upgrade to the 8100 after seeing all the issues people are hav...

I guess what I could do is upgrade to the 8100 and if I don't like exchange it for a new 8000.
