The voice recognition works great for me without having to train it. The "call someone" and "digit dial" commands are pretty useful and have worked with male and female speakers that have tried it on my phone. Right now the voice commands and great reception are keeping me from returning the phone. I only have four fifteen second videos and twenty pictures but the phone says its out of memory. Im getting a mini sd to play around with this afternoon.

I have been using the voice commands almost exclusively when I'm using my BT headset. I trained my phone when I first got it, and over the past couple of days noticed I was having a few problems. I re-trained the phone last night, with my headset on, and today have noticed an improvement. Also, the first time around I spoke too clearly, enunciating in the manner I would if using a radio comm device, i.e., military style. When I re-trained last night I spoke more softly and naturally. I don't know if you are using the headset or not, but if so you might try this.
