I tried getting on AIM through Mobile IM and a very limited buddy list appeared (I dont even know how the buddy list names were chosen, seemed pretty random to me). Any trick to have your full list of buddy list contacts appear?
Also, am I correct in understanding that using Mobile Web is exactly like being on the phone as far as airtime goes? Ex. Being on Mobile Web on a Saturday doesn't count toward your anytime minutes?

VZW has at least two options that give you unlimited MobileWeb and Get It Now airtime, without using your talk airtime minutes. For around $5 you can get just those two features, or for $15/month you get the Vcast package which includes Vcast, MobileWeb, and Get It Now. Sorry, I don't know anything about using IM or AIM.
