Well, went ahead and got one for me and sweet thang. No problems yet. Volume is a bit low in noisy areas. When on vibrate, phone does not go back to ring when plugged into the charger cable, bummer. I need a USB cable to get the pics into my compute. Verizon store does not have them yet. Need one. Anyone know where to get one?

You'll have to get a 3rd party cable. Verizon will not be releasing a cable for any VCast phone. They're probably available on EBay somewhere

Who did you order it from? And have you tried it yet? Do you need any kind of software in order to download pics to the compute?

get an SD card..
save your pictures onto there and load the SD card into your reader..
it's so much easier..
40-50 bucks would get you a 512 mb miniSD card
