Not sure the answer to the first part of your question, but I can say that you can not listen to mp's on any phone through bluetooth. They are for audio only, not stereo. You can buy a stereo headset, though, for the phone using the jack it already has. I have a Jabra one that cost me $29.99 through Verizon. I saw on a website (not sure now which) that there is a bluetooth stereo headset coming out for audio and stereo, but it costs around $185.00, so I am happy using my bluetooth for calls and switching to my stereo headset when I want to listen to my music.
