"On Wednesday, 13 July, I purchased a new phone, an LG vx8100, via phone. I never received the promised e-mail confirmation of this purchase, so I am unsure even of the total cost. I called on Friday, 15 July, to see if the phone had shipped and was told that it had shipped on Thursday. Today when the phone did not arrive, I called to get a tracking # and was informed that the phone did not ship until today (Mon., 18 July) at 12:30. Had I known I would not receive the phone until mid or late this week, I would have opted for overnight delivery. But when I purchased the phone, the person advised not to go with that option because the phone would ship to arrive on Monday no matte...
