If you just log onto your verizon wireless account and then select "contact us" You can email them from there. I just got done doing it. Not only could it do some good. It feels good also to vent.

All you are goin to do by flooding them with emails about not having and MP3 player is verify to them how much they can make by charging for it. Good thinking.
For everyone complaining about the MP3s just chill for a bit. People will figure out what to do. If you dont think they will figure it out and/or you just have to have a MP3 player on your phone right now then return the LG and go buy somethin else. Then you can hit that phones forums and complain to that group about everything you don't like about that phone.
Personally I am happy with the phone and I know with all the features the phone has and the memory the Sd card has cool stuff will be figured out for this phone.

We just want what we paid for!! They just don't understand that if we get that - we will be more than likely to use their service when available - cause it would alleviate several steps - but I may not now just because they can screw with us like this.
