is anyone else having their calls go right to VM.
It only happened once and I really can't stand that to even happen at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

If you were on the web or using another application and in the middle of "sending" or "recieving" it would make a call go directly to voicemail.

nah, just sitting there and I got a VM from my brother-in-law. My phone was just sitting there and as soon as he left the VM it showed up.

Maybe your phone just didn't pick up the call. That's happened to me before (WAY before I got this phone). Sometimes the call doesn't even register.

I had this problem last week, either the day I got the phone, or the day after. I was playing with ringers, etc. and calling myself from my office phone. About 4 or 5 times in a row it went straight to VM w/out ringing. I called cust. svc., and no matter how many times they called me it wouldn't do it again. I have not had that problem again until today, when it happened twice, and then no more.
