from what the tech dept had said over the phone is that there is supposed to be a link in the my sounds to save as a ringtone.

from what the tech dept had said over the phone is that there is supposed to be a link in the my sounds to save as a ringtone. and that the phones that have a pic dissapearing after being taken is that there is a glitch in the programming with the phone all the rest of the problems there is a setting in the phone to fix it like volume going up and down for example... The mp3 player is not supposed to work yet until further notice but it is capable of working now with programming outside of verizon short terms it can be hacked other than that...

The last phone that i had to have upgraded was either the 6k or 7k, i don't remember

- The Tech Support stands pretty firm, if they're telling you to change settings (ie the volume situation) they're not sending you a new phone after that "not working" for you the first try.
- It didn't make very much sense, if you're go...
