Rebate Form
Does anyone have a link where I can find another copy of the rebate form? I just bought my phone and lost the rebate form, I just want to download it online, save me a trip back to the store...thanks!

Also, if you got your phone early you are screwed by using the online rebate. I didn't get a rebate form with my phone I ordered on the 14th and this online rebate is only good for purchases starting the 15th. Anyone find a way around this problem?

....I once told a VZW rep that it would be nice if VZW posted rebate forms online so that you wouldn't have to make a trip to the store if you need on etc. Their response was we don't do that (post rebate forms) so that competition can't get them.

Actually *I* have never "pounced" on anyone but if you read these forums enough you'll see how damn frustrating it is to see people posting comments as facts when they are obviously not. How hard is it to say "I think" or "In my opinion" but instead you get people posting things as facts that really confuse readers. Look back at before the 8100 was released. How many jackasses swore up and down that they knew the exact release date because of someone they knew at Verizon or whatever. They were all wrong for the most part and it just stirred up a bunch of crap.

I purchased my phone in the store early, on 7/11 and got the in-store rebate form. On the form there is no restriction on the beginning date, it just says it's good through 8/28. So you may have to go into the store and get a rebate form.
