is anyone NOT having the picture problem?
ok - maybe it's isolated to a few hundred people = ). i worked that part of the phone over though and documented everything to give the Verizon tech support a head start.

Well, I will tell you one thing I noticed. Okay, the pic. is assigned a name/number (I downloaded pics from my vzwpix acct.). I assigned the pic. to a contact. Then, if I renamed the picture, the picture was still there under MY PIX (with it's new name) BUT wouldn't work with the contact (a white box would show up). It still had the old file name. I had to go under the contact and re-set the picture, if that maked sense.

you just gotta call customer service and ask for data tech support, make sure its not a woman. thats what i found out. talked to 3 women, they knew jack sh!t. talked to the 1st guy... got it fixed instantly, word of advice.
