Problem with the automatic voice dialing
When I press the side button to voice dial, the voice that comes from the phone is so soft that I cannot discern what it is saying unless I put the phone virtually on top of my ear. Even then, I'm not quite sure. Then, when I respond to the voice, the phone doesn't understand what I am saying and keeps asking me to repeat. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution to it?

I haven't had a problem with hearing the voice when I press the button, but have had problems with the phone understanding what I say. However, I noticed with the digit dial, I would say the numbers clearly and slowly and it wouldn't understand me. But when I say the numbers naturally then it understood me right away. I have also noticed that when I ask it to call someone and say the name, it is difficult to understand the words the phone says or it gives me this big list of the wrong names. I think I may have to train the phone and maybe it will work better.

Speaking of the Automatic Voice Dialing...
When I push the soft key on the left side of my phone, it doesn't activate the voice dialing...it just turns the sound off on my phone. Am I doing something wrong?
