no service
Is anyone else getting terrible service everywhere? I havent gone passed 2 bars of service anywhere I go, and my old phone (VX-6000) had no problem getting service anywhere.
If for no other reason, this might be why I might return the phone

Well, I'd say that's a perfect reason. A phone has to operate competently as a PHONE, first and foremost. Good luck! 🙂

I had mine drop off the system today--kept telling me I had no service, so I turned it off and then back on and worked.
I may wind up returning it also due to the fact that it also reset itself during a V-Cast clip.
